I recently had an issue involving the skid plate on my 2019 Acura RDX after an oil change at the Whitehouse Valvoline. While the situation was frustrating at first, I want to give credit where it’s due because Justin, the store manager, made sure the issue was completely resolved. Justin personally worked on my vehicle and replaced all of the clips across the entire skid plate. He was very thorough and took the time to show me what he was doing and explain how the clips on my Acura can wear over time. I honestly wasn’t aware that this was a common issue with this type of setup, and I appreciated him taking the time to explain it instead of just putting the car back together and sending me on my way. Most importantly, Justin followed through on what he said he would do and made sure the vehicle was properly taken care of. He was professional, patient, and genuinely concerned with making the situation right. Things can go wrong anywhere. What matters to me is how a business responds when they do. Justin handled the resolution very well, and because of the way he addressed everything, I’m comfortable continuing to use this location. I appreciate him making things right.

The oil change was good. Quick and friendly. However, they broke my washer fluid cap. Told me they'd replace and haven't done so yet. I was told they would order it and to check back in a week. (He also said they break easy and are cheap) I went back two weeks later. Was told he would message me later that day. That was about two weeks ago. The part being cheap is irrelevant. If you break it, you should replace it. Period. Glad I didn't pay for any other services. Will not be back. Maybe I'll update this if they contact me and do what they said they would and replace the broken cap.

Got an oil change at a different location & company DFW the day before driving to Whitehouse for work. By the time I got there my low oil light came on. The manager helped me out. He explained what the previous place did wrong in detail with pictures, videos and everything. The fact that he cared enough to explain and show everything to me was a breath of fresh air. Because of him, I was able to drive safely back home. It's a 2.5 hours drive to this location from my house but I will drive over here for my oil changes from now on. Excellent people and service!

When I arrived the employees were ready to help me with all my vehicle services needed. They were courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and fast at doing their job. Everything was explained to help keep my vehicle running as long as possible. It's also great to receive a coupon and their best deals compared to other companies, every discount helps with rising prices. Received great customer service.

I received a quick and efficient oil change at Valvoline! My service was done by Josue, Chris, and William! Extremely satisfied with how fast they took care of me. I will definitely be back when my old change is due again!
